CHRISTIE, MANSON, and WOODS respectfully give notice, that they will SELL by AUCTION, at their great Rooms, King-street, St. James’s-square, S.W., on Monday, April 15, at 3, by order of the Executors, the beautiful WORKS, in oils, of that talented and very elegant painter THOMAS Y. GOODERSON, Esq., deceased, pupil, and for many years assistant to F. Grant, Esq., R.A. ; comprising beautiful finished pictures, and charming fancy portraits and heads, many of which have been exhibited, numerous excellent copies from old masters, and original studies in oil and chalks. May be viewed Friday and Saturday preceding, and catalogues had. |
