This is the last Will and Testament of William Gooderson of Maiden Newton in the County of Dorset |

|
I hereby give devise and bequeath to my Wife Eliza Gooderson her heirs executors and administrators for her and their own use and benefit absolutely and for ever all my Estate and effects both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and quality soever And I hereby appoint her the said Eliza Gooderson sole Executrix of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventh day of May One thousand eight hundred and seventy six |

Proved at Blandford on the 9th day of June 1876 by the oath of Eliza Gooderson Widow the Relict of the deceased the sole Executrix to whom administration was granted. |

The Testator William Gooderson was late of Maiden Newton in the County of Dorset Superintendant of the Permanent Way of the Great Western Railway Company and died on the 11th day of May 1876 at Maiden Newton aforesaid. |
