MARIANNE GOODERSON OF HEIGHAM, NORFOLK – 1888

 
 

BE IT KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of the personal Estate of Marianne Gooderson (Wife of John Gooderson) late of Heigham Fields House in the Hamlet of Heigham in the County of the City of Norwich deceased, who died on the ninth day of April 1860 at Heigham Fields House aforesaid intestate, and had at the time of her death a fixed place of abode at Heigham Fields House aforesaid within the District of the County of Norfolk were granted by Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice at the District Registry attached to the Probate Division thereof at Norwich to Emma Brownfield Bateman (Wife of Frederic Bateman Esquire, Doctor of Medicine) of no. 70 Saint Giles Street in the City of Norwich one of the Executors of the Will, with a Codicil thereto of the said John Gooderson, deceased, whilst living the lawful husband of the said intestate, she the said Emma Brownfield Bateman having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same.

 

The said John Gooderson having survived the said intestate but died without having taken upon himself the Letters of Administration of her personal estate
