JAMES GOODERSON OF TOLLINGTON PARK, MIDDLESEX – 1890

 
 

I James Gooderson of 17 Stonenest Street Tollington Park In the County of Middlesex being of sound mind do hereby appoint my oldest son Arthur James Robert Gooderson to be the Executor of this my will with full power to do all things that may be necessary for the collection and distribution of my estate I direct my said eldest son to receive the proceeds of the policy of insurance on my life for £100 in the Provident Clerks Mutual Life Assurance Association of 27 Moorgate Street E.C. and all other monies which may be due to me and after payment thereout of all testamentary and funeral expenses to distribute the residue in equal shares amongst himself and my other children provided that if at the date of the proof of this my will any of my said children shall not have attained the age of eighteen years his share shall be deposited in the Post Office Savings Bank and remain there until he attains the said age of eighteen years In witness whereof I the said James Gooderson have to this my last will and testament set my hand this seventh day of May one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight – James Gooderson -

Signed by the testator and acknowledged by him to be his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses -
