I Eliza Gooderson of Maiden Newton in the County of Dorset declare this to be my last Will and Testament I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property subject to payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to my surviving sons and daughters for their own absolute use and benefit in the following manner that is to say the whole of my household goods and furniture and effects to be equally divided between my two daughters Caroline and Mary Anne Gooderson the sum of one hundred pounds also to each of my said daughters and the residue to be equally divided share and share alike among all my sons and daughters who shall survive me And I hereby appoint my son John Gooderson of 28 Stanshawe Road Reading Engineer and my said daughter Mary Ann Gooderson Executor and Executrix of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twentyfirst day of February one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven |
