ARTHUR JAMES ROBERT GOODERSON OF WESTMINSTER AND MIDDLESEX – 1910

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ARTHUR JAMES ROBERT GOODERSON of Donnington House 30 Norfolk Street Strand in the City of Westminster and 38 St Albans Avenue Bedford Park in the county of Middlesex I revoke all other wills I appoint as EXECUTORS of this my will my brothers Thomas Alexander Gooderson and Wallace Charles Gooderson I direct my executors to cremate my mortal remains I bequeath to my executors the whole of my property wheresoever situated upon trust to pay thereout the funeral expenses and just debts and expenses of proving my will and to stand possessed of the residue to divide it in five equal parts and to pay one part thereof to each of my brothers Thomas Alexander Gooderson Frederick Louis Gooderson Wallace Charles Gooderson Ernest Cuthbert Gooderson and Valentine Edgar Gooderson provided that if any of my said brothers should have predeceased me leaving a wife and issue my executors are to place on one side the amount which would otherwise have gone to such deceased brother and invest it in trustee securities for the benefit of the deceased brothers child or children jointly until he or they become of the age of twenty five years paying over to the widow of such brother in the meantime the income of such brothers one fifth share for the benefit of their maintenance Provided that if the said child or children should have predeceased the widow of the said deceased brother the one fifth share to be paid to the said widow IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourteenth day of March one thousand nine hundred and ten
