THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me JOHN GOODERSON of Number 28 Stanshawe Road Reading in the County of Berks Gentleman I appoint my Son JOHN HENRY GOODERSON and my Niece EMILY SEYMOUR DARLING of Number 28 Stanshawe Road Reading aforesaid Spinster Executors hereof I bequeath all my plate linen china glass books prints pictures furniture and other household effects and the sum of Three hundred pounds sterling to my said Niece Emily Seymour Darling absolutely I devise my freehold messuage and premises Number 28 Stanshawe Road Reading aforesaid to my said Niece Emily Seymour Darling absolutely And I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever to my said Son John Henry Gooderson absolutely Subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses And I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary writings heretofore made by me IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this ninth day of May One thousand nine hundred and nineteen
