I Matthew Sidney Gooderson of 73 Gleneagle Road, Streatham, S.W.16, in the County of London hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will which I make this twenty-fourth day of December One Thousand nine hundred thirty two

Subject to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts which with all duties shall be paid primarily out of my personal Estate I give all my real and personal Estate (including any property in respect of which I have a general testamentary power of appointment to which I am not expressly to refer) to my wife Elizabeth Ruth Gooderson absolutely and appoint her to be the Executrix of my Will.
