THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ARTHUR GOODERSON of The Avenue Water Orton Birmingham in the County of Warwick and I hereby revoke all Wills Codicils and other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me I APPOINT my sons William Charles Gooderson and Arthur Herbert Gooderson and my son-in-law Thomas Archibald Neale to be the EXECUTORS of this my Will SUBJECT to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my real and personal property to my three children William Charles Gooderson Arthur Herbert Gooderson and Esther Catherine Neale in equal shares IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 23_ day of Nov_ One thousand nine hundred and thirty four
