HANNAH MARIA GOODERSON OF CLAPHAM, LONDON – 1941

I Hannah Maria Gooderson of 26 Chatto Road, Clapham Common in the County of London, Spinster hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will.

1.

I appoint Charles Hutchings of 10 Trinity Place Windsor in the County of Berks, Executor of this my Will

2.

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of or to which I may at the time of my death be possessed or entitled on over which I may have any power of testamentary disposition unto my sister Alice Emma Gooderson absolutely if she be living at the time of my decease

3.

In case the said Alice Emma Gooderson shall not be living at the time of my decease then (a) I give and bequeath all my plate linen china glass silver jewellery books pictures prints ornaments furniture and other household effects and wearing apparel to my sisters Amelia Pescud and Anne Elizabeth Hyde to be equally divided between them (b) I devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my real and personal estate unto and equally between such of my sisters Amelia Pescud and Anne Elizabeth Hyde and my brothers William Gooderson and James Gooderson as shall be living at my decease but in the event of my brother William Gooderson predeceasing me then I direct that such share as he would have been entitled to if living shall be paid to my nephew Bertie Gooderson.
