died there on the 1st day of June 1953 |
Intestate a bachelor without parent |
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said Intestate were granted by Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice at the Principal Probate Registry thereof to |
Mabel Gooderson of 23 Copley Park Streatham Common London Spinster and Lilian Agnes Elizabeth Gooderson of 105 Glova Road Forest Gate London Spinster the lawful sister and niece of the whole blood and two of the persons entitled to share in the Estate of the said intestate |
And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shewn that the gross value of the said Estate in Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £2192 – 8 – 6 and that the net value of the estate amounts to £2159 – 13 – 6 |
And it is further certified that it appears by a Receipt signed by an Inland Revenue Officer on the said Affidavit that £21 – 17 – 2 on account of Estate Duty and interest on such duty has been paid. |
