THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

of me Elizabeth Ruth Gooderson

of 21 Mount Nod Road Streatham in the County of London made this 8th day of April one thousand nine hundred and 52 and I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary Dispositions of any kind at any time heretofore made by me and I appoint Gordon Sidney Gooderson of 29 Alleyn Park, West Dulwich and of (hereinafter called my Trustees) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will. I give and bequeath

unto my daughter Ivy Ruth Gooderson all my furniture, Household effects and Jewellry, the remainder of my Estate both real and personal, I leave to be equally divided between my Children, Gordon Sidney Gooderson, Ivy Ruth Gooderson, Eric Norman Gooderson and my niece Gladys Margaret Joyce at present residing at Rendcomb College, Cirencester, Glos. It is my wish that should either of my two Sons desire to possess some article in the home that my Daughter will, if she thinks fit, acquiese to such request.
