I EMMELINE MABEL GOODERSON of 24 Ferring Close Harrow in the County of Middlesex Widow hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will. |
|
|
1. I APPOINT my Nephew Arthur Vivian Gooderson to be the Executor of this my Will. |
|
|
2. I GIVE the following pecuniary legacies:- |
|
|
To my Brother Francis Richard Bath the sum of One thousand five hundred pounds but if he shall predecease me I Give such sum to such of his Sons Edward James Bath and Francis Richard Bath as shall be living at my death and if both in equal shares. |
|
|
To my Nephew Frederick Gooderson the sum of One hundred pounds. |
|
|
3. I GIVE to my Niece Joyce Marguerite Chilvers absolutely all my furniture and other articles of household domestic and personal use and ornament. |
|
|
4. SUBJECT to the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the legacies given by this my Will or any Codicil hereto I Devise and Bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to such of them my said Nephew Arthur Vivian Gooderson and my Niece Joyce Marguerite Chilvers as shall be living at my death and if both in equal shares absolutely Provided that if either of them shall die in my lifetime leaving a child or children living at my death who shall attain the age of Twenty one years such child or children shall take by substitution and if more than one in equal shares per stirpes the share of my estate which my Nephew or Niece so dying would have taken had he or she survived me. |

5. I DECLARE that all death duties and interest thereon payable in respect of any dispositions made by me and chargeable with death duty as a gift inter vivos shall be paid out of my residuary estate. |
|
|
