CHARLOTTE GOODERSON OF RUISLIP, MIDDLESEX – 1959

 
 

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me CHARLOTTE GOODERSON of "The Chalet" 15 Bury Avenue, Ruislip in the County of Middlesex, Widow made this FIRST day of OCTOBER in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and FORTYNINE

I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my sons FREDERICK WALTER GOODERSON and ARTHUR VIVIAN GOODERSON to be my Executor S, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

 

I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto

 

my son FREDERICK WALTER GOODERSON my freehold dwelling house "The Chalet" 15 Bury Avenue, Ruislip.

I GIVE AND BEQUEATH to my other son ARTHUR VIVIAN GOODERSON Two hundred pounds (£200) invested in £3-10s War Stock, and to my grandson COLIN GEORGE GOODERSON One hundred pounds (£100) also invested in £3-10 per cent War Stock.

After the forgoing bequests I give to my said son FREDERICK WALTER GOODERSON THE remainder of my real and personal estate and declare that if my said son Frederick Walter Gooderson shall predecease me then his wife KATHLEEN IVY shall take the benifits which he would have taken had he survived me and if my son Arthur Vivian Gooderson shall predecease me leaving either a widow or child surviving me such gift shall not lapse but shall take effect as if his death had happened immediately after my death.
