THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Eric Norman Gooderson of 12 Hempshaw Avenue Woodmansterne in the County of Surrey made this Eighth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty one

I HEREBY revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint Joy Ruth Gooderson to be my Executor and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my nephew Philip Arthur Edward Gooderson the sum of Twenty five Pounds

To my friend Phyllis Harris at present residing at 88 Sunnyhill Road Streatham London SW16 the sum of Fifty Pounds

To my sister Ivy Ruth Gooderson the total amount of the remainder of my savings whether in National Saving Certificates; my account with Lloyds Bank Ltd or in my account with the Post Office Savings Bank

It is also my wish should my great friend Joan Doreen Kelly desire to possess some article or articles in remembrance of me my sister will if she thinks fit acquire to such request

I give the remainder of my estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever unto my sister Ivy Ruth Gooderson
