THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ALBERT GOODERSON of 11 Underwood Street Dukinfield in the County of Chester Estate Agent I HEREBY revoke all Wills at any time hereto made by me I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the real and personal estate of which I shall die possessed whatsoever and wheresoever unto my wife Sarah for her own absolute use and benefit she to pay thereout my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts AND I APPOINT my said wife Sarah to be the Sole Executrix of this my Will IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Fifth day of February One thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven
