WILLIAM GOODERSON OF BURNHAM, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE – 1966

 
 

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me WILLIAM GOODERSON of "Fairways" Poyle Lane Burnham in the County of Buckingham

 

1. I HEREBY REVOKE all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will

 

2. I APPOINT my son HORACE WILLIAM GOODERSON of Church Lane Gaddesby in the County of Leicester and JAMES GEORGE WEYMOUTH of "Fairways" Poyle Lane aforesaid (hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will

 

3. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my Trustees all my personal property whatsoever and wheresoever to sell call in and convert the same into money but so that my Trustees shall have full power to postpone such sale calling in and conversion for so long as they shall think fit without being responsible for loss and to hold the proceeds of such sale calling in and conversion after payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses IN TRUST for my said son HORACE WILLIAM GOODERSON and my daughter VERA WEYMOUTH of "Fairways" Poyle Lane aforesaid in equal shares as tenants in common

 

IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my Will this twelfth day of May One thousand nine hundred and sixty four
