THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

of me Alma Gooderson

of 33 Brunsmead Road, Knighton

in the County of Leicestershire made this ninth

day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Fifty-seven

I HEREBY revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint

Norman Marshall of 17 Hillcrest Avenue Spinney Hill, Northampton

to be my Executors, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto

my sister Hetty Elizabeth Vardy of 33 Brunsmead Rd, Knighton Leicestershire, all my possessions, whether in money, investments, property, bank account cas or effects of whatever nature, for her express use and benefit during her lifetime.

Upon her decease, or in the event of her predeceasing me, all the residue of my estate not used by my sister Hetty Elizabeth Vardy, I bequeath in the second place to my sister Eveline Emma Marshall of 17 Hillcrest Avenue, Spinney Hill, Northampton entirely and absolutely

In the event of the pre-decease of both my sisters named above, I give and bequeath all my estate to my nephew Roger William Marshall of 17 Hillcrest Avenue, Northampton, son of Eveline Emma Marshall entirely and absolutely.
